Thank you for shopping at the Omniva store! We ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully:

1. Order processing time (order preparation time)

  • It usually takes 1 to 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to process all orders.

  • If there is a high demand or customization item in the order, then the processing may take a little extra time, which will be communicated to you on email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We provide shipping to all major locations in India.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges on standard delivery are calculated at checkout according to location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery time: After the order is dispatched, the items are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Deliveries to remote areas or distant locations may take 2-3 days extra.

3. Order tracking (how to see where the order arrived?)

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we send you an email/SMS with the tracking link and the name of the courier partner.

  • You can track the live location of your order by clicking on that link.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

  • We also provide cash on delivery (COD) option for the convenience of our customers. COD orders may require verification on some pin codes.

5. Shipment Delays

  • While we try our best to deliver on time, sometimes there may be a delay in delivery due to technical issues with the courier partner, bad weather conditions, or political/local restrictions. In such a situation, the Omniva store will not be responsible, but we will help you to the fullest together with the courier company.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Please enter your complete and correct address and phone number while placing the order. In case of delivery failure due to wrong address or phone number, shipping charges will be non-refundable and re-shipping charges will have to be paid to the customer.
